The company manufacturers PP Woven fabric & sacks. It sells both fabric and bags. The bags are stitched under the same roof itself. Almost two lakh bags are made everyday. They are used for packing various products like rice, fertilizers, cement, sugar, poultry feed, pipes, various food grains & staples etc. The fabric is sold in both laminated and unlaminated form. Lamination is also done under the same roof. Printing is also undertaken accordingly to the customers requirement. The fabric manufactured varies from 16” to 60” and is available from 40 GSM to 120 GSM.
BOPP Bags (Biaxially Oriented Poly-Propelene)

Biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) Bags are manufactured by film of stretched in both directions i.e in machine and tranverse that produces molecular chain orientation in two directions. BOPP film is produced by a tubular process, followed by the manufacturing of usable bags, by the tenter frame process, Rolls or film of BOPP is a thick extruded sheet that is heated to its softening point (not to the melting point) and is mechanically stretched by 300–400%. Stretching in the tenter frame process is usually in the machine direction and in the transverse direction, The ratios of streching are adjusted to meet the application requirements. Biaxial orientation results in increased toughness, increased stiffness, enhanced clarity, improved oil and grease resistance, and enhanced barrier properties to water vapor and oxygen. Impact resistance, low-temperature impact resistance, and flexcrack resistance are substantially modified. BOPP bags are used in food packaging and are replacing cellophane in applications.
